Beyblade League

Privacy Policy

Beyblade League (beybladeleague.com) is a fan-run club site. It is not affiliated with Takara Tomy or Hasbro. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site, and we never sell or share your information with anyone.

What we collect

• Email address. Only if you choose to sign up for update alerts or ask us to email you the Reference Book. We store it in a private file on our server and use it to let you know when site features or the Reference Book are updated, and to send you the book if you requested it.
• Download and usage logs. When you download the Reference Book or use certain features, we log the time, the event, your IP address, and the referring page. We use this to count downloads and understand which features get used.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (DreamHost) keeps standard web server logs, which include IP addresses and requested pages.

What stays on your device

Your part collection, saved combos, league settings, and preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device unless you use the optional account sync feature, in which case they are stored on our server so your own devices can share them.

Affiliate links

Some pages include affiliate links to retailers where you can buy parts. If you click one, the retailer may know you arrived from our site and we may earn a small commission. That happens on the retailer's side; nothing about your visit here is sent to them by us.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data.
• We do not run third-party analytics or tracking pixels today. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
• We do not collect more than what is listed above.

How long we keep it

Email addresses stay on the list until you ask to be removed. Download and usage logs are kept only as long as we need them for statistics, and we review and clear old entries at least once a year.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete any data we hold about you, including your email address and log entries tied to your IP address. Just send a note to hello@beybladeleague.com and we will take care of it promptly.

Children

The site is meant for bladers of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is described above, and parents can request deletion at any time using the contact address below.
